โAll journeys have secret destinations of which the traveler is unaware.โ – Martin Buber
This habit of mine never really started until I was in college. With the need to stay awake to cram studying at night, and another need to stay awake for the day after, drinking coffee has become a habit. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Occasionally, I’d add another cup during days I need to be extra alert. The only time I strayed from this habit was during my stay in India, where the chai was so delicious that I had a hard time each morning deciding whether to drink coffee or tea.
Here’s a shot of the coffee served to me and my friends during our homestay in Chikmagalur, a coffee plantation in Southern India.
