I was privileged enough to visit Binuatan Creations in Puerto Princesa during my second visit to Palawan. Not only do you get to watch their employees weave, you get a chance to try weaving! It was pretty fun, though it was difficult. You have to keep a focused mind to create those patterns — you have to count how many of a certain color to put, then press the pedal to ensure that the strand stays in place. Whew!
