“All journeys have secret destinations of which the traveler is unaware.” – Martin Buber
One of the places I loved the most in Beijing was the park behind the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park. Climbing on its hill gave me the spectacular view of the Forbidden City!
I liked how the buildings of the palace clustered from a bird’s eye view, compared to seeing it one by one while walking on the palace’s grounds.
This is my entry to this week’s photo challenge. For other fabulous rendition on the theme, click here.
Have a great weekend everyone! Happy travels!
Nice shot. I guess you took this shot up from the garden across the Frobidden city?
Yup. In Jingshan Park. 🙂
Guessed so. =) That’s a good place to take pictures. Keep it up!
It really was! Thanks for visiting my blog 🙂

The roofs are really parallel to one another.. 🙂
It’s lovely to look at when they are in multiples! 🙂
